Nowadays we can quietly state that waters clarification and muds dehydration systems are installed all over the world therefore proving the excellent ability of SABA to design and realise “made to measure” systems whose undisputed reliability derives from a continuous process of improvement together with an advanced technology and a careful choice of the employed materials.

The realisation of each and every part of the system is done by our factory and is carried out by highly specialised technicians. The assembly and the technical assistance are carried out by specially trained teams of specialists.

In the field of purification systems we are particularly specialised in the clarification of waters deriving from the processing of:

For the machine section we have improved a range of plated filter presses for dehydration of mud capable and satisfying.

The clarification system we manufacture reduce to the minimum the need of water supply and clarify waters coming from inert processing in compliance with the laws of chemical-physical characteristics of water.

The closed cycle systems, treating huge quantities of discharged waters which is re-introduced in the working line allow for a reduction of energy costs.

These systems have the great advantage of being completely automatic and are adjusted according to the specific needs of every single factory. To start working they do not require human supervision and, beside reducing energy and water consumption they allow a saving of space in the factory which the old clarification systems don’t. The application of a filter press which dehydrates and compresses mud, gives the great advantage of reducing by three to five times the volume of the otherwise bulky liquid mud which occupies a lot of space and is difficult to discharge. Furthermore the water contained in the mud is recuperated and reintroduced in the cycle and the dehydrated mud is dumped just like other processing waste perfectly solid. It is obvious from this brief description, that such systems could be very useful.
